In May '24 the #SocialSecurityAdvisoryCommittee received regulations on changes to #WorkCapabilityAssessment descriptors. A General Election meant scrutiny couldn't be completed. A judicial review has since found the consultation for these changes was unlawful & DWP has withdrawn the regs but... 1/2
