OLS alleged Amazon Logistics, Inc. dba Amazon Flex failed to provide a deactivated worker the process required by the App-Based Worker Deactivation Rights Ordinance. Amazon Flex agreed to reinstate the worker and to pay $1,278.16, including $639.08civil penalties & $639.08 fines.
