A great example of #WorkingInTheOpen from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs 'Digital Waste Tracking' Team.
They have published an open site on GitHub to share information, artefacts (such as journey maps) and ways to contact the Team and join the Private Beta of the #Service. ⤵️
#WorkingInTheOpen doesn’t just mean publishing your backlog and roadmap.
It also means documenting how the offering changed over time. That increases transparency and accountability.
My colleague @beliebig.eu and team produced an excellent example for #DigitalCheck: an easy-to-read version history
The Department for Education (Dfe) - @dfedigital.bsky.social - are one of my go-to examples for #WorkingInTheOpen.

In today’s lunch & learn session, we heard from our colleagues from the Centre for Digital Sovereignty (ZenDIS) about their work on OpenCoDE.de.
They explained how they enable the German public sector to share code openly, collaborate and improve continuously.
