In a victory for salary transparency and HelloFresh Works Council, the Berlin Regional Labour Court confirmed in March 2024 (just received the full ruling in May) that @HelloFresh CANNOT classify salary pay-bands as "business secrets". #salarytransparency #workscouncil #betriebsrat
