Jane Opio, a dedicated midwife with 19 years of experience, works in the Newborn Care Unit at Arua Regional Referral Hospital (RRH). Jane says that over the years, UNICEF has contributed to capacity-building efforts within the hospital, including the 2011 renovation of the Kangaroo Mama area through CUAM.
