That's just *one page*, #wpg22. Now: just learned Glen changed his policy again in today's debate... inferring he will keep the +2.33% tax hike (we think...?). But: 100% of that $ is already in the capital budget to roads and transit. So he still can't pay for his promises!

Winnipeg elxn / #wpg22. Since I've got questions and seen asks on this point, I've confirmed directly with City Clerks: if you want to vote in an advance poll location IN ANY WARD, you may do so - every station has lists/ballots for every Council/Trustee ward. Hope that helps.
