"This is not a fountain." A drainage pipe on a highway bridge has sprung a leak because a reckless truck driver transported a crane without lowering it to the minimum height. The bridge deck is covered in oil, creating a small swath of destruction. Because of heavy rain, a small waterfall has formed. I've directed a spectral green and a spectral blue lamp at the point where it hit the asphalt. Thanks to additive mixing of colours, cyan is also visible.
