A yellow-highlighted message made up of white text that's in front of a dark-grey background reads:
"The full game has a save and quit system and a built in checkpoint system for players who just want to experience the drive. I apologize for that. However feel free to stay here in the meantime since sales will go about in the next month or so while I figure out bundles.👍 ❤️"
This message was sent by the developer who is mentioned in my initial post. Their username, typed out in magenta-hue text, is "seaweed." Their profile picture, which has a pink, futuristic computer-interface overlay, is a blockily-drawn black-and-white anthropomorphic bird who is in front of a white background, a bird who is also wearing a crown, has their wings stretched out at differing angles, and has two split strands of hair at the top of their head.
The time that the message was at sent has been hidden by a black mark-up effect.
A follow-up message from seaweed, which is not highlighted, reads:
"The release version includes: An Auto Saving System, Beginner's Checkpoints (I am stuck button, but its labeled as restart), a second map, hats, a working radio, more music, achievements, and possibility for more content."
