If you are protected by the Allard injunction AND don’t need any changes (dosage, address, designate) then you DON’T need #ACMPR application
A major change from #mmar is requirement in #ACMPR that personal producers must now pass criminal record check. Used to be just DPPLs.
Am I correct that LPs are not permitted to import seeds? #ACMPR section 22(7) doesn’t seem to allow it.
