There's this concept from the lit I came upon in the #ADHD book research that I think about a lot: RICH (resource induced coping heuristic). It's where you get really good at doing something with nothing.
I feel like us #Adjuncts in #HigherEd are RICH.
Well, the semester has started (yay!), which means fewer posts. In fact, I may straight-up vanish for a while.

Iʻm late to the game here, but just found out that revisions to #pslf make it easier for #adjuncts to qualify!
Guidelines now say to multiply credit hrs by at least 3.35, and if the resulting number is at least 30, it qualifies as full time. Stoked!

I know we can do better for #adjuncts because one of the places I teach pays me well, gives me a year of advance scheduling, gives me bonuses for good teaching, and provides adjuncts access to benefits like healthcare and life insurance.
