Shouei does not laugh - already, he's envisioning the nightmare this guy probably adorned, ill-fitting off-the-rack and likely a complete nightmare, color-wise, regarding his hair situation. Then again, maybe it wasn't dyed back then. Either way, based solely on the poly-blend t-shirt and department-brand jeans, Shouei can't imagine he's far off.
