OK, #Albuquerque, where can I get gas for less than $3.89/gal? GasBuddy doesn't have up to date information. Shwan on Lomas is completely out of gas. Anyone know what it is at Costco on Eubank?

At this moment, the streets of #Seattle, #Anchorage & #Albuquerque (etc) are filled with homeless & poor urban #Indigenous persons who are invisible in struggle to most non-Natives. Rez life can be brutal but racist city life is something you can’t imagine unto you’ve TRULY opened your eyes. #Resist

My 03/14/26 postcard is a tree bud just beginning to open, revealing a cluster of tightly packed blossoms still hidden inside their protective shell. The soft green buds hint at the flowers waiting to emerge, capturing the quiet moment when spring is about to reveal itself.

NEW: Several people have reported assaults in the Bosque area recently and detectives believe the incidents may be related.

Investigators with the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office are warning people to "remain alert and report any suspicious activity."

Here is a breakdown of what happened from BCSO:
• February 2, 2026: An offender pointed what was believed to be a firearm at a victim, pushed the victim to the ground, and cut the victim's pants in the groin area. The victim did not suffer any injuries. The offender was described as wearing all black clothing, a black face mask, black gloves, and black goggles.

• March 1, 2026: An offender attacked a male victim with a box cutter. The victim sustained minor injuries. The offender was described as wearing all black.

• March 8, 2026: A female riding her horse was approached by an offender holding a knife and threatening to stab the horse. No injuries were reported. The offender was described as wearing a black hoodie, blue pants, and believed to be approximately 30 years old.

Deputies say all of these incidents reportedly occurred on the west side of the Rio Grande, north of Alameda. The suspect description across the incidents is similar.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in this area, or who may have information about a person matching this description, to contact BCSO:
• Non-emergency: 505-798-7000 and ask to speak with Detective Feist
• Emergencies: Call 911
• Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Tip411 by texting BCSO and your tip to 847411.

Residents using the Bosque trails are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings and report any suspicious activity immediately.

My 03/13/26 postcard is a cluster of blossoms in Bullhead Park, forming a quiet circle of white petals and magenta centers. Up close, they look delicate and beautiful, almost like tiny porcelain flowers arranged in a crown. But lean in too far, and the illusion breaks; the blossoms carry a sharp, unpleasant scent that feels strangely out of place beside their gentle appearance, a reminder that nature doesn’t always match our expectations.
