lancer is a little dog boy, he wears a small brown shirt with a big turtle neck, alongside blue pants. on darkworld he resembles more the original lancer, with a blue hoodie, black clothes and blue boots. also wielding a spade-shaped dagger.
oberon smog in ch1 wears a full-body gray armor with horns on the helmet, his hammer has the deltarune symbol. in ch2 he doesnt have the helmet, showing his real face alongside his long hair on a ponytail.
okay, i finished the design of the other fun gang members for the kris<->queen swap au.

torli is the queen kris design. she is a adult woman who has brown hair tied on a comb, black sunglasses, blue lipstick, a purple blouse and cyan pants. on the darkworld she gets a cyan jacket with big sleeves, a turle neck sweater, a mask instead of sunglasses, dark gloves and guns on her boots. her skins get totally white while her hair turns blue.
