Some one tell me WHY the Amazon driver decided last night NOT to deliver my package, instead they take it back to the DC. Now I have to wait until Thursday for my package and no one at Amazon can tell me why. Customer Service at Amazon is a JOKE. #amazoncustomerservice #Dobetteramazon #getitright

Amazon return problem: Why am I being charged again for this scuba equipment? After returning items to Amazon and receiving a refund, Isabel Barne gets charged again for one item. Can this be resolved?
