This has happened to me so many times. Ruined a painting trying to be experimental. The issue with actually painting is there is no undos like on a computer. Sometimes it’s bette to leave well enough alone.

I love acrylics but the one down side is how fast they dry! Using containers with lids or a wet pallet and spray bottle can definitely help.
