The me too movement helped me is to reframe some stuff that happened years ago that I had regrets about. I was 16 and he was 24, it really wasn’t my fault. And, since I was 19 and he was 32 (& in a position of authority over me) I should never have been in that situation to begin with. #BadBreakups
