Carol Blazejowski is considered one of the greatest scorers in the history of women's basketball. She played at Montclair State, putting up staggering numbers, averaging 34 PPG as a junior and 38.6 as a senior—leading the nation in scoring both years. After her playing career, Blazejowski would serve as GM, and later president, of the New York Liberty in the WNBA. She has been inducted as a member of both the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
