It do wonder why he is so good at these #BHN interviews but falls short on MSM. It could be that MSM isn't giving him 30 minutes worth of interview or simply cut what he says so it will fit their agenda. I would expect a seasoned politician like Hipkins to know how to handle it.
Hipkins explained on #BHN that Bloomfield would give cabinet a right-up-to-date verbal briefing alongside the written cab papers that have to be prepared and circulated in advance.
The Covid inquiry somehow only considered the written papers, not the verbal advice. #NzPol
That's a shame because Chippy was great on #BHN last night.
