Personal information is defined in POPA as identifiable information about an individual, and include name, birthdate, address etc.
Why would the Min of Ed ever need that level of information about a student as a result of literacy and numeracy assessments?

She mentions the sheer amount of water used in #fracking, chance of contamination and 40% of NS is rural who rely on wells for water.
