So. Trying to learn a new craft.
Making my first proper longbow. Loosely based the shape on the Holmegaard bows, the wood is Jatoba.
Hopefully it’s not ending up as firewood.

Already putting this hatchet to use on a gorgeous slice of Elm. Got the bark off my staves and I'll be doing a bow mid summer. Loving the way it works down. Traded a nice adze and hatchet for the elm
