Scattered thoughts from #bps2025: it was very big and overwhelming for my first conference ever, but it highlighted the worldwide reach of the biophysics community. Jet-lagged scientists giving or attending talks at 8:15am are passionate about sharing research!
Very grateful to have been able to attend #BPS2025! Big thanks to everyone involved in making this inspiring event possible!
At the same time, the meeting was a stark reminder of how politics can interfere with science - and how cost 💲 is a major discriminator of who can and cannot attend!
