Phase one: The host, or the host's brain, does not detect the slug doing its thing. At first, it just starts planting horny thoughts and imposing itself as a second mind (the host does not differentiate it because it is a copy of the voice in their mind).
Phase 2: The brain begins to fill with slime to the point of being bathed in the viscous substance that the slug releases in abundance. Horny thoughts become stronger and arousal is constant, making it more likely to act on impulse. The slug is close to replacing and erasing the old mind, becoming somewhat of a puppeteer of the host. The only changes in the host's personality are their level of horniness and their submission to the slug.
Phase 3: The brain can no longer hold so much slime that it begins to cause enormous changes in the body: such as growing the brain, generating a viscous tongue, nipples and glans of a different color, and abundant semen similar in color to the slime. These changes become luminescent. This slime also goes to the host's testicles, generating more semen. In turn, such a large amount of slime allows the slug to undergo mitosis for the first and only time (1 per slug). As for the slug, it burrows even deeper into the host's brain.
