Well. Shoot. The Schweigert is about 52% more expensive than the Hormel. But in my opinion, it tastes more than 52% better. I may have to stick with Schweigert, & just have it a bit less often. So impressed!

Topped then usually with over-easy fried eggs and ketchup.
