I don’t know how their world would look like considering that planets and stars are the civilians. So can’t exactly live on an earth when Earth is a person. Maybe the Milky Way is a floating island labyrinth of cities and the wild, safe from other opposing galaxies. It’ll also be weird since there won’t be any plants and animals since well, only celestial life exists as far as they know.
