in-game V laughing maniacally with the green (well. he's not exactly GREEN here, he's red like his surroundings) avenger's axe in his chest, he is "bleed"ing from the wound. there is a puddle of blood on the ground where he is standing. the green avenger is standing with an angry expression on his face while a rather concerned ghostly samantha heathers behind him floating above the ground
