Chef cut into the pound cake for grading and then I had to shove my eclairs into a bag to take back to my dorm

I had this for lunch and sinner
The first one I got had brisket and I got a shoyu base while the second one I got was a chicken and I chose miso soup base for that one (I’ll be posting that one on my main account later :3)

For the main plate it was lamb with layered potato with what I think was cheese, and then spinach on the side And then on the right was a piece of bread and some kind of meaty dip, with a pate a choux as an extra dip cuz that single slice of sour dough bread would not have been enough for the amount they gave me And then in the middle of that place was a beat and onion salad Fart right was really good combination of a slice of ham mayo and a mini pickle Top left of that plate was a piece of lettuce with like a fish paste with a walnut (doesn’t sound good but it was good 😋) And then top of the plate was a piece of bread with camalized onion and garlic (the bread was like focaccia texture (slightly soggy prob cuz it observed mode of the onion which tasted so good))
Ooo but this meal here, this was good

I worked with a partner for this class assignment but these are all my things that I made;; honestly I’m not sure what happened to their stuff but I don’t think the Head Chef even got to look at theirs 😅 Anyways it’s really hard to get a grasp of the system that I have to follow when doing this the way we do things has to be in order all the time;;; I really need to study more about what we have to do in the day, I usually finish the assignments but in addition to those assignments I have to figure the class day tasks It’s a lot more complicated then I thought but not far off from what I was expecting to happen I also found the recipe for the cookies to be quite different then what I usually make 🤔 We used the ✨creaming method✨ basically where we mix room temp butter with sugar with the paddle attachment of a stand mixer and beat the living shi- I mean aerate the butter and sugar until it turns a lighter color and expands I mean if you’re familiar with baking it’s pretty commonly done, I didn’t know it was an entire method before this class 👀 very interesting!

Poke bowl - Tuna Pickled ginger Rice Mango Edamame Lime Crab Avocado Seaweed salad Dried Seaweed Mayo And maybe fried egg noodles This one was really good, I was surprised mango paired pretty well with this and the fried egg noodles gave a really nice crunch to it :3 Wish there was less rice and more tuna but ack… what am I expecting, tuna is way more expensive then rice
Prokchops here are goooodd like even though it looks dry, it’s still good!! Like somehow still juicy :3 The potato’s this time around were alsooo really good >_< there was cheese in it and it added a really nice flavor and creaminess too it 🤤 And again the with mushroom sause… this time it had a few visable chunks but still tasty This may sound like it’s a perfect dish but I never rate my dishes 10/10, I just don’t want to complain too much about anything cuz all the meals here were made by studnets/classmates Plus the food here is 10 time or maybe 100 times better then what I had in my old college AHH like bro give me this everyday and I’ll be fine! Okay rant done, that went off topic Would get this dish again
TASTY!! It’s been a while since I last had noodles 🤤 as an Asian this made me happy I might have also stolen a few chopsticks to take back to my room xD Anyways chicken was cooked good!! Had a nice sweet glaze to it The noodles were still chewy and not soggy at all and it had a hint of ginger in it which was interesting, I have never put ginger in my noodles unless it was like a ginger and oil sause for white chicken (boiled chicken) Anyways good dish would try again :3

Bread, mayo, some kind of leafy greens, tomato/salsa mixture, and cheese! I didn’t actually eat this until the day after I got it, I just needed to spend the rest of my points before the day reset them. Also my bad I put it into the box and only realized after that I didn’t take a photo of it while it was still on the plate Anyways, on the right we have like a honey mustard sauce with fries (super good and crunchy, literally just came right out when I got to the front of the line) and a cold slaw! I did at least eat this side, cold and then reheated fries do not taste good to me, so this was a snack before I went to bed that day
OMG okay, this one was tasty
Honelty I kinda wanted to just ask for the meat and no bread xD but I got it anyway 😭 (it not that I don’t like bread but I just didn’t want to eat that much carbs)
Anyways ahh the meat was tasty 😋
And the fries had such a nice crunch

Top left salad Bottom left celery, carrot broth soup (this was surprisingly really tasty and def something that would be good if your like sick or something) Top right, they were serving desserts this day and I obviously cannot skip on it hahaha it was like a lemon base cake, but blueberry jam in the middle! It was pretty good, but then again I’m not the biggest fan of lemon flavored desserts, I ofc still ate the whole thing and honestly I would have went and grabbed another one but I wasn’t sure if that was allowed xD it might have been fine And bottom right is main dish, this was poached salmon with parslied potatoes (don’t ask me what that means I’m literally reading off the menu atm xD), squash “noodles” and roasted tomato I really liked this dish! Would definitely get it again :3
The other salmon dish, I had this one for dinner Seared salmon with Brussels sprouts and rice!! Everything was good but I will say the lemon flavor on the Brussels sprouts was kind of strong;;; But would I get this one again, yeah for sure!!
This day was just a salmon day xD this was lunch and dinner for Tuesday (9.16.25)
