Time to plan for the end of #ForestBurning. So 1.Accelerate #GridStorage as the sustainable #dispatchable power. 2.accelerate #renewables. 3. #EnergyEfficiency. 4. #HomeRetrofit. 5. Invest in #TidalPower through lagoons and in-flow turbines. Not simple, but do-able.

✅ Second, the UK can do clean power WITHOUT #biomass.

This is major as #bioenergy hoovers up subsidies while belching out planet warming #emissions - all while enjoying 'renewable #energy' status.

We are confident that biomass won't be needed for our #dispatchable power requirements.
