I've been getting harassed for a student loan that is 41 years old from #ECMC I paid them money through NAVIENT, another POS company. Good thing I kept my receipts. DOE claims they didn't get the money OR that it went for "interest charges". NAVIENT since that time was ORDERED by the DOE not to do
