Foreste europee più resilienti: le soluzioni basate sulla natura contro il fuoco che cambia volto Un nuovo briefing dell’Agenzia europea dell’ambiente mostra come l’Europa possa ridurre il rischio di incendi e rafforzare la resilienza climatica delle sue foreste puntando su soluzioni basate sulla natura: gestione adattativa, diversificazione delle specie, corridoi verdi, rewilding e recupero idrico. Negli ultimi vent’anni l’Europa ha imparato che il fuoco non è più solo un problema del Sud. Le estati del Nord si sono fatte più calde e secche, le foreste più fragili e le fiamme più difficili da controllare.
