Trump says he'll issue a "full and complete pardon" to former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, convicted of drug trafficking last year in the US and sentenced to 45 years in prison. Can someone explain to me why we are blowing up people in the Caribbean who *might* be trafficking drugs, but giving full pardons to people who are ACTUALLY convicted of trafficking drugs? Explain it like I'm in kindergarten.
