#ADHD day 3 of #Elvanse #Vyvanse. Because I'm a tiny person, I don't seem to be able to metabolise the standard adult dose (30mg) out of my system very fast, so there are still lingering after effects into the next day. It's very strange. I feel sort of 'tamped down.'

Daran merke ich, dass #Atomoxetin nicht das richtige ADHS-Medi für mich ist, weil Elvanse diese tausend Gedanken unterbunden hätte.
Aus genau diesem Grund war ich auch außerplanmäßig noch mal beim Psychiater gestern. Nun gehts wieder mit #Elvanse weiter. 😪

Gern Schwarmwissen!
Nach ca 2 bis 4 h bin ich total gestresst, kurzfristig und fühl mich als müsste ich alles gleichzeitig machen. Merke, dass dann diese Lähmung Dinge zu tun weg geht und dann ist Stau im Kopf.

Started #Elvanse today. 2 hours in and *fuck* this. 20mg, getting all the physical panic attack symptoms but weirdly not the mental side order.
Was daily 72mg of #Methylphenidate - a godsend when I first started. But they stopped working eventually and the come down was killer 😳

Habe ein gelbes Rezept für das #Elvanse Generika #Lisdexamfetamin -Ratiopharm. In der Apoteke wird mir erklärt das 20mg nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Von keinem Hersteller und 30mg ist auch nicht mehr verfügbar ev. von noch nem anderen Hersteller. 😳
Gott sei dank können Mamas sich aushelfen.

Mir ist das bewusst geworden, als ich gestern 20+40 mg #Elvanse genommen habe – und ich trotz viel zu kurzem Schlaf zum ersten Mal seit langem mit ausreichend Energie in den Tag gestartet bin.
Hat noch jemand diese Erfahrungen gemacht? Also einen Wirk(ungs)abfall bei sich bemerkt?

Seit Juli nehme ich mittlerweile 40 mg #Elvanse. Und wie schon bei 20 und 30 mg habe ich das Gefühl, dass auch hier die Wirkung nachlässt.
Ich wache mit weniger Energie auf, schlafe wieder schlechter, schaffe weniger.

Verrückt, wie sich mit #Elvanse meine #notjustsad Momente in Rauch aufgelöst haben, der von Monat zu Monat heller und durchsichtiger wird. Das #PopcornImKopf ist auf niedrigster Stufe und der #Autismus in mir, den nehme ich deutlicher war, aber ich komme klar damit. Ich kann ohne Popcorngedanken..

Nachdem ich jetzt einige Wochen ohne #Elvanse rumprobiert habe, der aktuelle Nikotinentzug sich aber beim #ADHS verstärkt bemerkbar gemacht hat (Pflaster halfen nicht, andere Nebenwirkungen), gibt es heute mal wieder 30 mg. Mal sehen.
War ohne Elvanse, bzw. nur bei Bedarf eig. recht zufrieden.

Sagt einem von selbst meist niemand, aber wenn man einfach so mit Medikation in den Nachbarländern einreisen würde, könnte es ohne die Dokumente größere Probleme geben.
