‘You Will Be Immediately Arrested’: Trump Pretends He Has Authority To Imprison Flag Burners for ‘One Year’ President Donald Trump said on Friday night that people who burn the American flag will be arrested and imprisoned for one year.

Oh there he goes again acting like he is a the king. Couple of things, flag burning isn't a widespread problem, even if it was its protected under the first aamendment. It would be so easy to appeal any legal challenge involving flag burning.
