Today marked the final day of the #NPLinker #eScience #Workshop during which we reflected back and looked ahead to future opportunities and challenges for paired omics analyses, also with an inspiring keynote by Kumar Saurabh Singh on multiomics for plant biosynthetic gene cluster discovery! 😎
Today (well, yesterday 😊), the #NPLinker #eScience #Workshop continued with hands-on sessions on local data, led by Dora Ferreira, Giulia Crocioni & Margherita Sosio, and a session on how to contribute to the NPLinker code by Cunliang Geng. Finally, Margherita Sosio showed the Molecule Gateway.
