On the face of a cliff in the Gerudo Highlands, etchings in the shape of a giant target with lightning bolts (and even a "HEY SHOOT HERE!!!" in the center) are found. This Is framed in vintage metal framing and just needs new glass which was cracked so has been removed . “Little information can be found about the San Francisco Bay area artist R. Bersin (American, 1879-1971), he also produced a series of etchings of San Francisco's Union Square neighborhood.” is one source but seems he was rather established.
