The maths of complexity: In a group of 3, you have 3 relationships to manage. In a group of 27, you have 351. The friction isn’t just linear; it’s exponential. This is why EU decisions take years while the world moves in seconds. #EUReform
True but simple majority either of states or population will break it up.
The next #EUreform should be to require 3 states to veto, or 2 states whose population exceeds 4 or 5 smallest. But one state cannot regardless of size.
