New report. 43% of countries reviewed by UNCAC received no recommendations on civil society participation - even in countries where civic space is closed like Russia or Venezuela. Transparency International.
The UN Convention against Corruption promises civil society a role in anti-corruption.
However, almost half of the countries reviewed by UNCAC received no recommendations on civil society participation.
