Similar fire whorls surround him, encircling the small king. His intent is to send them unto whatever unfortunate sinner has provoked his ire and attracted his attention, burning them with holy fire. Although the result of holy fire is an incredibly painful burning unlike any other, the physical body of the sinner will remain untouched and unharmed.
Holy and/or Angelic fire can burn sinners, inflicting incredible pain with no lasting physical damage. This bypasses the no-harm rule, restoring the right of punishment to the king.
