overheard (screenshot of console chat): Yeah, so... FedEx decided to leave a package in the middle of the stairs again today. Twice in two days they've blocked stairs by leaving packages in the middle of the stairs, or blocking the landing. So I go to their site to try to leave feedback. I see the same 800 numbers I've called half a dozen times and was told they couldn't help me because I'm not the customer. There's also an email, but that's unacceptable. But there, next to the email button, there's a LinkedIn icon. So... yeah. I flamed them on LinkedIn.
