The Oakland As scoreboard during the last game in Oakland says: David Swerrie, lifelong As fan, 9/3/93 - 4/15/23, last game: wish you were here.
John Fisher can eat rocks. Taking away a team from its fans is the worst.
He announced it 4/19/23, just 4 days after David unexpectedly died.
I made sure David knew we missed him at the last game.
I’ll never forget his brothers and sister seeing the message and yelling, “That’s my brother!”
