She's wearing the Tunnel Snake Outfit. For those who aren't familiar with that, it's basically the basic fallout uniform (a blue body suit with a brown belt and a yellow stripe down the front of her chest that curves around her neck) with the pant legs rolled up, black boots, a black glove, and a black leather jacket with grey studs on the collar.
