Email with an accepted abstract to a scientific conference.

Earlier this fall, I submitted an abstract to the ILC or #Fundamentalsofcare conference in Oxford.
Yesterday I learned that it has been accepted. Now I need to figure out how to turn a theoretical think-piece into a scientific poster. Any suggestions on how to make that happen?
