Doing research for a new wax mortuary mannequin head project I am working on.
I am going to be using Microcrystalline Wax, Acrylic Eyes (I will paint on the venules), and acrylic resin false teeth.
In addition, there will be conventional cosmetics applied.

Another angle/detailed close up of my wax mortuary head (this time the eye) I used acrylic green colored eyes with realistic venules, as well as false eyelashes, and store-bought makeup. Eyebrow was drawn on with some artificial hair used to even it out.
