The state always determines who is guilty. People performing mutual aid should be just as concerned about prosecution as legal observers.

Added to a gang database in the early 90s, at 14/15. Why? Hanging at a park, in a group, wearing "gang colors" (a White Sox jersey). Our diverse neighborhood, summer break, just playing basketball. Only got out because a friend's uncle, a probation officer, vouched for us. #GangDatabase #RacialBias
