What have you planted?

A pond margin with a large green plant with oval leaves and yellow flowers
A rockery with gravel and a small green plant with small white flowers
The edge of a lawn with a small green plant with small yellow flowers
A flower bed with a plant with long spear head shaped leaves which are variegated green and pale greeny-yellow
#GardenStuff and as it is not raining we sent the human out to do some pruning and sewing seeds sand things but some plants are already in action, including the Marsh Marigold in the pond and the self seeded Celandine, and the Lords and Ladies

The lovely crocuses will be a welcome sight for emerging bees. I find the garden always seems to take a while to look tidy again. What a glorious thing to have a fig tree, it occurs to me that I have never seen fig blossom. #gardenstuff

Ooh, yes. Us too. Always worried pruning that we will cut off the wrong bits or too much or something, especially the roses, even though we know they like a really good haircut… 🤔 #GardenStuff

It might recover with a bit of drier weather, sometimes popping some drainage holes with a garden fork and dressing with sand helps. See video below. #gardenstuff

We saved our begonia corns for the first time last year and kept them under the bed in a tub of bark! They have all started sprouting (hurrah!) and today the Bear Lodge gardeners potted the up! Hope they survive 🤞 #gardenstuff
