Banks should STOP calling (esp from 'private' numbers, though with spoofing rampant ... meh) and asking me for the ID that would get through security if I was calling them...

A uni just emailed 115 people (incl me) about careers fairs, all in the TO field. And then tried to 'recall' it, revealing all 115 email addresses *again*.
If I were mean I'd report them to the ICO, but it's my alma mater (by coincidence) so I won't.
