This is the GasCloud Ignitor.
They are common in noxious area and have three flaming tail feathers. Hope they stay standing in those clouds.

I was trying to mix the biblical descriptions of angels with our modern concept of cupid.
Their spell Cherub Arrows have a love effect that stops them from being spell targets.
