Glass or rhinestones in a silver/chrome setting. The setting metal is *slightly* ferrous making me think it’s base metal, and I can’t imagine anyone 100 years ago putting real stones in a plated setting (unless they’re crystal). There is one larger, pear-shaped stone, about a carat by size, but maybe less by weight, surrounded by one row of rectangle cut stones and another of round cut stones.
Glass, right? Or quartz? The setting is not silver or white gold, afaik.
