The Minkovski sum of the big punched tessellated sphere and the small one. This smoothes the holes, making them more pleasant.

#geogram has a GARGANTUA mode (for when there are more than 4 billion non-zero entries in the matrix), which is the case here, but I,J indices are still coded on 32 bits (matrix size limited to 4 billion x 4 billion), we are reaching that limit too ...
