Fervenza has been asked about galactose deficient IgA1. He says he is going to be nice but then says he has nothing nice to say about KDIGO.

He says guidelines are always backward looking. No answer about Gd-IgA1 though

Average loss of function is 4 ml/min which is made up of two cohorts, fast loss and slow ross. Possibly genetic, only a small group have pathogenic genes.

initially used activity index as primary outcome. I failed. Hints of improved protein and improved GFR. It was a failed trial though. Patients felt fantastic. All felt great (it was only four people). #GlomCon

The there was soluble CR1 therapy, This acts as a sponge to soak up compliment. Worked in mice. Tested in C3GN. aTested in one human before the project was abandoned. #GlomCon
