a massive plate of authentic traditional wide rice noodles with seafood pad kee mao talay ผัดขี้เมาทะเล — gulf shrimp, mussels, squid, peppers, and herbs including fresh Thai basil / holy basil with red chopsticks across the plate. a classic fried egg roll in a shot glass of dipping sauce peeks into frame. good catch Thai urban bistro in New Orleans.
